Yes. This information makes it easier for us to communicate with you in case of any queries and makes the delivery of your order smooth.

  1. Can the product be altered to suit my requirement?

  1. How much time does it take to get the product ready?

We generally need 3-4 weeks to process made to measure orders which have been placed according to your specifications and measurements. In case of special cases, we can expedite the process at an extra charge which can only be discussed over the email.

We accept VISA, Master, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, Maestro and RuPay

As per standard norms of India, we charge 18% GST

  1. Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Login in to https://www.thehub.in/hub-klub/ click on Account “and select the order which you wish to cancel. Cancel the order by clicking on “cancel order” button and kindly confirm once via phone call on +91 63518 94762.

  1. What do you charge for shipping and handling?

The shipping charges are determined by the weight of the product and the country it is being shipped to. Both these details are provided against each product for all categories.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide provided the pin code selected is serviceable by our courier partners.

  1. Who will take care of Custom Duty?

If custom duty is applicable in your selected country of shipping, then it is to be bear by the consumer. Custom clearance is not THE HUB’s responsibility.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically in a confirmation email from us, including the expected delivery time for your reference. You can log in to your account, under ‘my orders’ you can track your shipment by clicking ‘Track shipment’ or open the order form. You can also contact or visit the service provider website to track your package.
